Are they trying to let the lake fill up by cutting back the flows?� The last couple of times that it's rained, they've cut the flows back into the 40's.�

I understand that the flows rely on the agricultural needs, when it rains they probably cut them back to minimal levels. That's simply speculation and hearsay though.
